What makes me tick.... moving. What makes me flow, alignment. What makes me happy, teaching people how to teach themselves. Over 17 years I've been sharing yoga & somatic movement both in private & in training teachers. Watching the dark spaces in their bodies light up as they begin to remember what they have forgotten, is pure joy. Somatic movement is a simple method of slow movement that re establishes the brain to muscle connection. It can be applied to any modality to release unconscious muscle tension. The outcome......wow!!!!!
