Obed started his extensive coaching career as a coach for the renowned Kalff Fundraising Company in 2011. When he was promoted to Senior Coach in 2012, he gained the privilege to coach both the fundraisers and the other coaches. As a result, he helped raise millions of euros for non-profit organizations such as Greenpeace, Unicef and Amnesty International.
During his time at Kalff, Obed participated in several world class personal development courses and discovered powerful coaching tools that helped him transform his life. As a result, he got the clarity and confidence to start Passion Compass™ in 2014.
Obed has a clear vision of what he wants to build in this world: he imagines a world in which the vast majority of the people are in alignment with their talents and dreams. Not only will this bring people more joy and fulfillment, he believes this will also help people to overcome the challenges the world is facing today. He helps others by providing online tailor-made Coaching Programs and interactive Group Workshops aimed to help people unleash their full potential, create a life they love, and achieve their dreams faster and with more ease.
Obed has had the privilege of helping more than 750 people improve their lives across the world, including The Green School Bali, Dojo Bali Coworking Space in Canggu, Bali and BaliSpirit Festival.
