Yoga and Fitness Coach
Brittany is a Yoga and Fitness coach who’s studied and trained in the US, China, Hong Kong, India and Thailand and holds a Yoga Alliance 200-Hr in Hatha    and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga & Ayurvedic Nutrition, as well as 95 Hr Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness Certification. A functional training coach, she    also specializes in Pilates, Dance, HIIT, and strength training. In conjunction with several Montessori and MI Kindergartens in Beijing, she’s run Mindful Music & Movement, Fitness, Drama, Dance and Kid’s Yoga programs, after school workshops and Stress Management Focused trainings, retreats    and professional development for teachers. She’s a trainer in residence for the International Montessori Institute of Beijing and wrote the Music &    Movement required module for graduation. A high energy coach, she strives to help those of all ages find enjoyable ways of moving their bodies while    engaging their creativity. She uses a holistic approach to help educate students in various mind body practices to find control and strengthen mobility    in their bodies in order to feel good at any age.
