Welcome to this Basic Arm Balancing module! Here we will discover how Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow Pose) will serve as the best tool to access sideways arm balancing poses from our center of balance via a solid understanding of our arm-to-pelvis structure that supports forward weight shifting and leg extension, to achieve excellent alignment and grace in these elegant power poses known as Koundinyasana (Yogi Warrior Lineage Name Pose). You can also expect to recognize how taking the balance out of the poses via grounding them on the floor creates self assists that release lower back and inner core tension that promotes powerful arm balancing.
