Restorative Rocket - When we read the word restorative we immediately imagine a lying down, super slow and a passive practice, but we try to write a different story in Restorative Rocket. Based on Rocket Vinyasa practice with less challenging poses, but keeping special attention on releasing the pressure of the joints and folding it with bright and fresh prana, this practice is suitable to all levels of practitioners.
