Solfeggio Sound Healing Journey
Opening and Healing the heart

Julian will lead a deeply relaxing and transformative sound healing session using Sacred Geometry frequencies based on the Golden mean ratio, (Fibonacci sequence).Julian has a selection of specially made Quartz Crystal didjeridus and other Sacred World instruments that are tuned to the Solfeggio frequencies.
These frequencies correspond exactly to the Sacred geometry found in our body having an incredible capacity to cleanse, heal and harmonise the Chakras,(Energy Centres),and the Cellular structures of the body including the DNA.
Some of the particular benefits of Solfeggio Sound healing are
Liberating guilt and fear,Undoing Situations,Facilitating change,Transformation and Miracles,Connecting,Relationships,Expressing,Solutions,Awakening Intuition.
Before the session it will be useful to identify, (Write a list and bring with you on the day)
One-What am I ready to release?,(anything that is not serving our highest good)
Two-What am I ready  to receive ,(anything we identify as for our highest benefit)
Three- Anything we are ready to transform, transmute, reconfigure.
Four-   Anything we are wanting to change.
Five -
Anything we want specific healing on eg emotionally, physically etc
Be really specific, then it's really important to let go and allow whatever is possible to occur within the session to happen naturally without further prompting.Ideally consider all this leading up to the workshop day then let it go and be in the flow, allowing whatever is for our highest benefit to manifest with ease and grace.
As we shift the old energies we are making space for the new form to manifest
