Fire and water
The two elements of Chinese medicine have a dynamic and interconnected relationship in all aspects of daily life . Do you suffer from worry, anxieties and scattered thoughts ?
Or do you get bouts of lethargy, coldness in feet and joint pain?
This is a common symptom in our yang dominated society where we are continually drawing from our bank account of life force.

In this class, you will discover ways we unconsciously deplete ourselves and cause the fire to rise up disrupting natural flow . You will be offered a simple and usable package of life style changes, pressure points and exercises for self care and bodywork to share with another to bring us back to a revitalised state that brings Yin and yang back to harmony.

Gwyn Williams

Australia, Zenthai Shiatsu
Zenthai shiatsu was created by Gwyn Williams over 15 years ago, as a fusion of Zen shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathic technique. More recently the Zenthai bodywork has evolved into a rhythmic, fluid yoga asana practice involving the 5 elements, however it is noted that whenever one is in "a state of trust, curiously exploring and fully engaging in the moment" we are in the practice of Zenthai. For more information about Gwyn, see...
