Yoga has been passed down from a very male dominated lineage.  In this workshop Kate Porotto invites participants to slow down and respond to yoga instructions using intuition and impulses, allowing and inviting a more rounded, flowing and sensual expression of asana practice to emerge.  As always, Kate combines heartful vulnerability with strong physical practice, moving you through a Vinyasa sequence in a femine way and revealing how this combination opens the channels to run Prana through your body and your hearts.  Kate will also comment throughout this session on the anatomical realities for women in yoga, so if you are a yoga teacher this will help you to make room for real women with real bodies and emotions in your classes, creating a more inclusive and balanced space for everyone.
