Learn to move with freedom; creating a strong foundation.  Exercises that utilize sacred geometry in motion that will unlock movement code in the body creating more tools for expressing yourself in dance.  Learn new tricks, patterns and transitions with Poi, Staff and Double Staff. Class will be focused but not limited to: poi, staff and double staff.
