Through a journey of somatic practices, vocal exercises and guided meditation, Elisa invites you to expand the palette of colors from which you create your life.  She weaves her years of movement therapy, spiritual inquiry and work as a performing musician to create a container for personal expansion, healing and creative embodiment.
