This is a luxurious, slow stretching class grounded in the deep, nourishing tones of Julian Silburn’s skillful sound healing.  Just as you feel you might sink completely into your mat, Kate guides you to maintain laser-sharp awareness of alignment, breath and strength from within.  The combination of relaxation, meditation and conscious movement allows the body time to unwind and release energy blocks in this safe environment, leaving you free to discover new edges, more curiosity and more space in your practice.  The sound of ancient aboriginal instruments will draw your spirit to fully engage in the session, powerfully connecting your mind, body and breath to the everyday sacredness and beauty of life.
