Welcome to this Warrior Structure module! Here we will map out the lovely precision of our body's natural design to discover exactly how we stand into power and hold our even ground with Sthira Sukham Asanam (Steady, Happy Connection), which is the primary yogic teaching of body-life structuring; being a steady, comfortable connection with the ground and all aspects of breath and life. Starting from our origins as powerful beings on earth, we will cover all aspects of VIrabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) stance infrastructure, with an emphasis on anatomical position, the roots of Warrior pose origins, and their influence over most known dynamic poses practiced today.
