Then to build up the energy inside the body with very simple Qigong practices to get people to really acknowledge how good they feel. Finishing with a graceful yogic flow of Qigong movements, integrating the 2 practices.

Studying many systems with many teachers of, Qigong, Dynamic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Martial Arts, Health Coaching, Functional Fascia Training, Chinese Medicine and Resistance Strength Training.     Sai has travelled to India, Bali, Thailand, Nepal, Europe to learn and practice these systems from their source.
