An invigorating opening and release program of Qigong and movement to get all the joints open and soft, dissolving any tensions or stiffness in the joints and tissues. Then to build up the energy inside the body with very simple Qigong practices to get people to really acknowledge how good they feel. Finishing with a graceful yogic flow of Qigong movements, integrating the 2 practices.
