This course will take you on a journey of moving meditation. The Hatha Raja Flow combines an ancient series of postures sprinkled with creative vinyasa. This combination increases strength, endurance and flexibility while clearing the body of accumulated toxins and emotional blockage.
In this course we will create an evolutionary practice that is appropriate for students of all levels. Olivia will guide you with playfulness and alignment into your practice. Encourage you to work deeply, yet safely. You will explore a little bit of everything : backbends, deep twists, deep hip openers and of course inversions. This course will include breathwork, kriya yoga techniques and active meditation.The focus on this course will be letting go and flow. Connecting mind and body with joy and calm. Losing yourself, finding yourself, accepting where you are in the present moment and getting to know yourself better.
