My love of tradition (mantra and kirtan) modern music, sequencing and alignment is a strong focus in our exploration of heart openings. Suitable for all levels and prepares you to arrive exactly where you need to be. It is in the sacred geometry of the asana that we unravel, explore and connect to the heart which essentially is love and where we all come from. My commitment to this heart forward workshop is that you will work hard, have fun, explore your senses, go beyond the limits of your mind, flip your perspective and play.

To truly open our hearts we learn how obstacles from our past show up as a gateway to new beginnings and possibilities. Yoga has changed my life and opened my heart, it is in this space that I will support and nurture you to living whole heartedly with the purest of intentions for self growth, self acceptance and love.
